Excellent food and drink with very reasonable price. If you missed the lobster shack, lobster here is good, too. $85 for 500g today!Seafood platter is another good choice if you want to share the plate amongst two person. I have definitely recommend this restaurant if you come nearby.

Awesome fresh seafood. Recommend getting just seafood here since we tried the chicken masala and it was pretty average

Kids had heaps of fun playing pool, we must have timed it well as we pretty much had the place to ourselves ☺️

I nearly choked on the rocket with my pumpkin and Feta salad.. was all storks...My friend had the pasta. Was just thrown into the bowl...but..apparently tasted ok.It was probably just one of those nights...

It's quite expensive but not so bad. If a waitress smiles to us when we arrived the restraunt, it would be better. Frankly speaking, I felt a lack of welcome.

Awesome Fresh Oyster! Great pasta! Nice beer. Before we reached this place, the manager at our motel was telling us, this place serves great food and is also owned by their relatives. One and only place that opens till later hours in Cervantes.

Great and friendly service from staff. Ocean's trio of beer battered fish, prawn and calamari is excellent. The beer batter is out of this world and crispy. The chef special- pork rib is a good fusion of western and asian taste with the side salad very well done- reminds one of Thai salad.

Fresh seafood! and l liked the creamy scallop n prawn w rice and the fish (Spanish mackerel) & chips were delicious. Food could be more affordable.

Loved the food, cold beer and the soccer and rugby finals on the screens. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The fried fish was tasty and good. The risotto was flavorful and full of taste with well cooked fish. The creamy scallops and prawn dish was a bit watery and lacking in flavor.

Sweet waitress, very good food. We had a nice stay as well.

The only mistake we made? Deciding to have an entree before our mains. We're ready to burst! Epic serving sizes, including fresh local seafood. The *sublime* table service would rival some so-called fine dining restaurants in Sydney. Fantastic dinner and the most unpretentious location. Highly recommended if you're ever in this town.

We must have turned up on a night where things just didn't go right. Starting with no menu when being seated. Garlic bread that took !/2 hr, lobster salad that looked more like road kill. My seafood trio was ordinary at best...ended up leaving and calling it a night after our waitress never returned to take our next drink order after asking for the wine list....sorry guys

Definitely recommend. The first properly cooked lobster I've had in years! The staff were all really friendly and the service was amazing

Meal was very good. Family friendly (perhaps a little too much). Initially service was prompt but fell away as the evening progressed. Still recommend it. Pricing was as expected and not expensive.

Hi Asian friends, for those of you who are tired of fish & chips are strongly recommended to try out the crispy fish.

The generously sized and beautifully cooked. The steak with creamy reef was delicious. The service is excellent and the bistro itself is a lovely atmosphere.

Probably the worst place on this planet. Terrible service, everything fried, pricey, stingy portion, no flavors and I wanna stop here to be nice. Avoid this place and have some fish and chips just at the other side of the street trust me it is way better.

Stopped off here as part of a pinnacles sunset tour group. Really nice battered fish and chips. The perfect portion. And the chocolate brownie was delicious. Really enjoyed it.

Waited 45mins for the food. But it was worth it in the end. Very fresh seafood and nice flavours overall. Service was top notch as well.

Ordered a medium-well T-Bone Steak, however I got a well-done steak (taste and colour like a pork scotch fillet).100% not recommended

Great food, great service.We got tired of cooking for ourselves, so headed up to the tavern (as a few of the locals refer to it) for a feed of fish. Opted for the shared seafood platter at $130, including a whole lobster, squid tubes, both grilled and battered fish, prawns served a couple of different ways and smoked salmon, so much that we couldn't finish it. Food was served quickly and with a smile.Both food and drinks were well priced, will be back next time we're in town.Only suggestion to the owners: Please add Gage Roads beers to the bar and bottleshop :)

We were greeted with friendly smiles and were seated quickly even though no booking had been made. Our food was brought out pretty quickly and at the same time which is a bonus. Everything was hot and tasty, the prices are reasonable and the portions are good to! Definitely recommend this place if you're passing by Cervantes.

Came here for dinner and it was a bit of a mixed bag.I should start by saying the service was fast and attentive and I couldn't have asked for better.I started with a half dozen oysters and a glass of western Australian sauvignon blank. The oysters were nice but the wine undrinkable. It was either bad to begin with or had been sitting open in their fridge for a month.I then moved on to a seafood pasta, which inexplicably contained some move of German sausage and enough onion and garlic to supply all of France. The result was that the seafood flavour was completely drowned out. The chef weighs have been much better advised to have ditched the sausage in favour of some clams and mussels.

Place was good, just it took long to get service, food was nice, desserts ok.

Best lobster I've ever had hands down! Wait staff were friendly and accommodating. The group enjoyed the marinated octopus, smoked salmon and sizzling prawns too.

Not overly impressed with pork belly as it was very chewy and dry but flavours very good. Stuffing in chicken breast was bitter and flavour unrecognisable although chicken perfectly cooked. Pleasant atmosphere with many large tables suitable for groups or families. Prices reasonable and staff cheerful and well presented. 😀

Food was great but the service was impeccable. The waitress Alyssa was swamped by very rude and demanding people but she handled it all with the highest professionalism. I was impressed with her patience and ability to remain friendly and welcoming. She is a huge credit to the place.

I enjoyed fish and chips from limited selection of my tour's menu. I hope I could have a grilled lobster! At least I need beer!
